ASG publishes only the business facts, routes and policies approved in this studio. Setup codes, OTP values, payment records, private dashboard data, internal notes and raw database records remain outside the public AI-facing profile.

What becomes public after final OTP?

The approved business identity, public contacts, services, offers, pricing wording, FAQ, policies, handoff routes, ASG profile, Pulse and discovery files.

When are AI Credits used?

Static profile and discovery routes remain open. Live LLM answers, deeper reasoning, A2A replies and retrieval-based explanations can use prepaid AI Credits.

Can the client edit the profile later?

Yes. The ASG Client Portal is the long-term profile editor. Plan limits control capacity, while existing entries remain editable and removable.

What happens when the agreement is pending?

The shared contract worker owns agreement delivery and completion. The dashboard shows its status, while service restrictions remain a manual WebsDocs admin decision.

Publish only information the business is comfortable showing to AI systems and public visitors. For pricing uncertainty, legal or regulated questions, private account matters and sensitive requests, configure a human handoff instead of an automated promise.
