Can AI access my Client Dashboard?

No. The AI-facing layer does not expose private dashboard data, setup codes, OTP values, payment records, private customer records, internal notes, raw database rows or administrative systems.

What can AI read without using Credits?

Approved static discovery does not use ASG Credits. This can include public profile information, discovery files, agent information, Pulse, services, products, FAQs, policies and other published machine-readable routes.

When are ASG Credits used?

Credits are used for successful billable AI text processing such as live Ask answers, permitted A2A replies, retrieval-assisted answers and other live reasoning performed by the Gateway.

How does the Credit formula work?

One ASG Credit equals 1,000 successful billable text tokens. Usage is proportional, so 250 tokens use about 0.25 Credit, 500 use about 0.5, and 1,000 use 1 Credit.

How does the 7-day trial work?

The trial is an entry mode, not a separate membership plan. It lasts 7 days, includes 100 temporary ASG Credits and can target an eligible Starter, Business or Enterprise membership. Custom packages are not trial-eligible.

Which ASG memberships are available?

ASG currently offers Starter, Business and Enterprise memberships, plus negotiated Custom packages. Each level changes included Credits, domains, content limits, users, analytics and advanced capabilities.

Do included Credits refresh monthly?

Yes. Included membership Credits refresh by the active monthly usage cycle. Annual billing changes the subscription price, not the monthly rhythm of included Credit allowances.

Can I buy extra Credits?

Yes. Eligible active clients can add approved ASG Credit top-ups through the protected Client Dashboard when additional live AI capacity is needed.

Can AI ask questions about my business?

Yes, when the relevant live interaction route is available. Answers are generated from the approved public business layer and remain subject to ASG safety, entitlement and usage controls.

What is buyer intent?

Buyer intent is a structured signal that an AI-assisted buyer wants to move toward an action such as contact, handoff, quote or checkout. ASG records or routes the intent; it does not make the seller's final commercial decision.

Can buyer AI complete payment through ASG?

ASG can route permitted checkout intent toward the seller's approved process. The seller remains merchant of record and retains authority over checkout, payment, approval, fulfillment and other commercial decisions.

Who controls what ASG says?

The business controls its approved public information, including identity, services, products, FAQs, policies, pricing direction and available routes. ASG is designed to operate from that seller-approved layer.

What can I manage in the Client Dashboard?

The paid ASG Client Dashboard is the protected workspace for membership entitlements, public profile control, domains, analytics, Credits, buyer requests, subscription information, team access, security and support.

Can I update my public information later?

Yes. Approved business information can be updated as services, products, FAQs, policies, locations, languages, pricing direction or public routes change.

Do I need a developer?

Not for normal hosted ASG setup. Development work may be useful for advanced integrations, specialized routes or contract-defined Custom requirements.
